Bio






Luigi Scaramuzzo is a composer, sound artist, and experimenter of self-built instruments.

He focuses on the manipulation of acoustic sound in the digital realm and explores the relationship between humans and the soundscape.
His compositions reflect the interaction between various material sources, which condense into atmospheres marked by an underlying sense of melancholy.
His thesis work Il Drone Ambientale is a research on drones as musical objects and their relationship with humans through various musical genres of different historical periods.

He currently works on audio-visual performances, releases, and installations while collaborating with other practitioners.

Si muove in egual misura tra i sassi e il silicio, ama l’elettronico ma non disdegna l’organico, anela al suono puro ma si fa affascinare dalle voci.
