EBO ENSEMBLE, Pneuma
Contemporary soundscape, providing new perspectives on the relationship between sound, space, and perception.


“Pneuma” is part of a project about soundscape and improvisation by “Ebo Ensemble”.

The project reflects on soundscapes as living scores which can work as instruments for the improviser and the composer that plants ideas inside their minds to be developed and re-interpreted through technology.
The output is the creation of a third soundscape in which co-exits human presence and natural environment.
“Ebo Ensemble” is composed by the improvisers: Domenico Saccente (accordion), Azzurra Carrozzo (flute) and the composer Luigi Scaramuzzo.






This track has been selected as part of the various artist "Landscape 2024" edited by Zeuma Collective and published by 13 Silentes.



"After a careful evaluation of numerous international proposals, LANDSCAPE 2024 announces the official selection of the ten finalist works in the SoundArt category. Curated by the Zeugma Collective and now in its fourth edition, the project has established itself as a reference point for sound artists and video artists exploring the concept of landscape through sound and image.

This year’s selection stands out for its diversity, featuring works ranging from experimental field recording to immersive electroacoustic compositions, as well as sound installations that engage with the environment. Each selected work offers a unique interpretation of the contemporary soundscape, providing new perspectives on the relationship between sound, space, and perception."
